Don Giovanni is Manchester's oldest independent Italian restaurant, established in 1984 and reopened in November 2024 after a full refurbishment with modern interiors and an updated menu. The restaurant traded briefly as "Giovanni's" during the relaunch and has since returned to the Don Giovanni name. Any reference to Giovanni's Manchester on Oxford Street refers to this restaurant.

All pasta is made fresh daily in house. Pizza dough is double fermented. The menu covers antipasti, fresh pasta, pizza, charcoal-grilled steaks, fish and seafood, and Italian desserts. The tiramisu is the signature dessert, made in house.
